Blue Velvet Spa & Boutique was founded in 2024 by Lisa Fletcher, a licensed esthetician, cosmetic tattoo artist, and nail technician with more than 20 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
Throughout her career, Lisa discovered that caring for others wasn’t simply about providing beauty services—it was about helping people feel confident, cared for, and seen. At the same time, her lifelong love of creativity found expression through stained glass artistry, painting, sewing, collecting antiques, and a deep appreciation for visual arts and timeless design.
